Get your greens before 9am

By

For decades, mothers everywhere have encouraged their families to eat a good breakfast, and they’re right. But all that changed when Kellogg’s hit the scene in 1906.  Since then, our idea of breakfast has been one of convenience and based on an addiction to sugar. Therefore this week, my goal is to inspire you to cook your breakfast and say goodbye to cardboard box crap.

Here are five Instagram worthy pics of my go-to breakfast plates. Eating this way helps me achieve my daily vegetable intake, leaves me full for hours, and nourishes my body with essential vitamins like D, B12 and iron. If it works for me, it can work for you.

Veggies aren’t just for lunchtime salads!

As always, pushing for health.
